Ahmed Abdel-Fattah, the Legal Counsel, holds a Bachelor degree of Law from Assiut University, coupled by master’s degree in law from the same university. He also completed many specialized legal courses and conducted legal research projects.
Mr. Ahmed, worked in a number of law firms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and gained good experience in the field of establishing national and foreign companies that are subject to Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA).
He also supervised, during his work term, many commercial, legal, penal, real estate , inheritance and endowments cases During his previous work term, he provided many legal advices to national and foreign institutions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Ahmed, completed numerous specialized courses and delivered numerous legal educational courses.
