Hassan Al-Qahtani, lawyer, holds a bachelor’s degree in law from King Saud University coupled with MBA from the University of Hull in UK. He also completed numerous legal specialized courses. Mr. Hassan is a founding member of Saudi Bar Association. Based on the diverse experiences he gained over three decades in the legal and leadership work in leading companies such as SABIC and Marafiq, he represented these companies in many commercial and labor law cases and provided them with legal advices.

He headed Procurement, Contracts and Information Security Functions. He played a major role in the formation of power and water utility company for Jubail and Yanbu “Marafiq”, and the establishment of Marafiq Sour for operation and maintenance Company “Masa ” and he also effectively contributed to management consolidation program of SAFCO and Ibn Al-Baytar (Sabic Group).

He held several leadership positions in both SABIC and Marafiq. The most recent served position was General Manager of Shared Services at Marafiq Company. He also worked as a member of several Boards of Directors and executive committees.
